The Perfect Eastside Starter Home!

I am so damn lucky. I'm lucky for a variety of reasons but the one that is standing out this week is that I really work with the coolest people. A month or more ago I got a text from a fellow climber who had been referred to me by another climber in our small community. He wanted to sell his house. I responded right away and was at his home the next day making arrangements. This home is just in the perfect possible spot. In that little nugglet of an area between Tanner Park and 33rd South. East of 2300....just minutes away from so many of the best things. Notably Millcreek, Big, and Little Cotton wood canyons. Plus the best Smiths, Momentum Millcreek, there is even a Savers and a liquor store in there. Plus minutes from Tanner Park. You can't really get a better location in terms of recreation and convenience.

The other thing I love about this home is that it's the perfect mix for the first or second time homeowner. We've had the outside completely renovated with all new vinyl siding as well as fascia, soffit, and new gutters. This is a big expensive messy job that most homeowners can't take on themselves and don't really want to spring for. The roof is about 10 years old as well, and it has a new furnace as of 2018! Additionally, this homeowner added a bathroom to the home so despite the small square footage of 1095 square feet, it boasts three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small garage, and a shed as well. So it's a lot of bang for your buck. And the rest of the home is completely move-in ready and it's just ready for your creative touch and ideas.

So if you are ready to move into a home in the perfect location, for a price that can't be matched in the area, with a completely new shell, this just might be the home for you!
