Like, you know I like houses, right?

Updated: Nov 2, 2022

That should sort of be a given. You can't really be a Realtor without some sort of relationship with houses. I'll tell you the things I love the most. I love helping people build wealth in Real Estate. Want to know the secrets of building wealth in real estate? First step is that you need to buy a damn house. Second step (IMHO) is to buy something you can pour a little sweat into. My upcoming listing on Williams Ave is just such a great example of that.

Don't get me wrong, it was stupid cute to begin with. My client and I both loved it from the start. It's on a tree lined street close to Liberty Park. A couple of owners back had some really great vision when it came to the kitchen. It's like a mix between a rustic cabin and an ornate Park City type mansion if you ask me. It's just charming and unique and it's actually pretty hard to tell when exactly they picked out the elements, which I love.

Then the next owner redid the bathroom and I just love the elements they chose!

And then! My client did an absolute number on the backyard- it is the place where all friends and family and pets want to be. It is the oasis of Liberty Wells, absolutely charming. Plus they converted the garage into a fully workable flex space. It's insulted, heated and cooled, and just perfect for an art studio, yoga, WFH, whatever you want it to be. Heck, you could even park a car in it if you wanted to. :)

I highly recommend A.) buying a home B.) Improving on your home and C.) Stopping by to check out this cute ass little home. We will be having open houses on Friday, October 7th from 5-7 PM and Saturday, October 8th from 10 AM-12 PM

See you there!
