I recently went and had dinner at Pleiku Kitchen on Main Street. It was a Thursday night around and there were very few people in there so we were greeted and served quickly. Their menu is pretty standard Vietnamese fare but the freshness of ingredients and presentation really stood out. And the food was damn good. I especially enjoyed the hilariously named "Pho Cups" which are just adorable mini cups of Pho served as an appetizer. Go try it out!
