They have the best hand-picked and curated gifts, anyhow!

Located in the heart of the 9th & 9th neighborhood, The Stockist has been a haven for quality clothing, shoes, and homegoods since 2009 when they originally opened across the street as “Fresh” (read our feature on owner, Helen Wade, to learn more!). Lifestyle and comfort are at the core of the shop, sourcing men’s, women’s, and non-gendered clothing from local makers and national brands who are just as committed to care in craft and responsible production. Their chosen lines focus on quality, small-batch productions that come from real people—independent designers supporting positive change and using their platforms for good.

Salt Town is an obvious fan of Mineral and Matter - you would know by our collaborative candles given to home buyers as closing gifts, and our favorite scented M&M candles given to clients as anniversary gifts. We love them! But M&M provides much more than candles… Mineral and Matter is a jewelry and accessories company using nature and outer space to inspire everyday designs that are produced in-house by their women-empowered team. And they are committed to the community, through giveback programs and events, using their social platform to uplift and encourage women through their corner of shiny objects. To add even more creativity to their space, they recently opened a small nail bar located inside the flagship store - nail art designs are updated seasonally by talented artists!

Nestled in the Sugarhouse neighborhood, this curated shop highlights originality, craftsmanship, cleverness and soul. The owner, Gail, started making and selling stained glass creations on Etsy, at farmers markets, and craft shows until she found the perfect little spot for her own stained glass studio (Luna Bella) and the birthplace of Commerce & Craft. The shop is stocked with a focus on small product companies, as well as local, national and global artists and crafters.
